The personal data protection
Personal data and client records T/a ALPIS Shop. are protected in full compliance with applicable laws of the Slovak Republic on the protection of personal data, in particular pursuant to Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the wording of later regulations.
Personal data are not handed over, sold, or otherwise processed to third parties' needs, except for the travel agency that organizes the tour and the data are provided for the purposes of the tour contract and subsequent issuance of travel documents to the client - further specified in the general business terms of the travel agency organizing the tour.
- Some data (especially name, surname, residence) provided by you, are personal data according to Act no. 122/2013 on the protection of personal data. We realize the confidentiality of your personal data and declare that we will deal with it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
- We declare that we consider all your data to be highly confidential and will only be used for our own use in accordance with Act no. 122/2013 on the protection of personal data to improve and manage its services, to the business and marketing purposes of the company.
- Provision of personal data is voluntary.
- Some data will also be processed under a special law and their providing is mandatory for the conclusion of certain services (e. g. insurance).
- Further processing takes place only on the basis of a special law.

- By law, you have the right at any time to ask us in writing to provide information about what personal data we process about you.
